LAY ME DOWN SOFTLY BY BALLYCOGLEY PLAYERS
The director, cast and crew of this year’s full length play ‘Lay Me Down Softly’ by Billy Roche would like to say a big thank you to the audiences who came to support us recently for our pre-festival nights in St Michael’s Hall. We hope you all enjoyed the performance. We took part in our first festival last Friday night in Rush, Co. Dublin. Remaining festivals are as follows: Tuesday, February 28, Kilmuckridge, Thursday, March 2, Wexford (Dun Mhuire), Friday, March 3, Roscommon, Monday, March 20, Holycross, Tipperary, Tuesday, March 21, Shercock, Co.Cavan and the last festival is on Thursday, March 30, in New Ross. We are also staging two more non-festival dates; Sunday, March 12, in Fethard and Saturday, March 18, in St Martin’s GAA Complex, Piercestown.
