A great time to spring clean your mind

Sometimes thoughts that bring back old fears show up and now I have more space to deal with those fears and am quicker to address them. It is a great feeling to be in the moment and enjoy a connection to myself and those around me without the weight of baggage and being blinded by old perception­s.

Wellbeing and a sense of wellbeing emanates from within. Freedom from harbouring negative thoughts and feelings towards situations, myself and others which have taken up so much my time in the past is liberating.

Every aspect of my life has improved and I hope to build on this going forward

As you read this article why not write a list of any issues that you are harbouring or are bothering you and make a plan to let go of them, freeing you from the prison of your mind

The first step towards clearing your harbour – and freeing your mind is to check your attitude every morning to see if there are old sunken thoughts or feelings under the surface that may prevent you from having a great day.

If there are perception­s holding you back, have a look at them. Meditation is a great way of helping you to first of all see what is holding you back and then of changing your mind about things as the practice makes you first of all aware and ultimately makes your mind, strong, balanced and flexible. It is a great workout for the mind.

I wish you a wonderful week ahead free of harbouring and limiting thoughts that are preventing you from making the most of the now. common sign of deficiency is if you bruise easily.

B vitamins are important energy nutrients; they help deal with stress and are important for skin, hair, nails and digestion.

A good healthy diet should provide you with all the nutrients you need. But, from time to time you may need additional support. Talk to the trained staff at your local health store and they will help you find the right vitamin mix to suit your needs.
