COMMUNITY LOTTO
There was no winner of last week’s jackpot of €4.300. The winning numbers were 3, 15, 21 and 30. Congratulations to the six match-three winners who each received €35. The match-three winners were John Lambert, Breda Sullivan, Fastnet Rovers, Jenny Cloney, Damien Foley and Barbara Berry. The next lotto draw will be held on Tuesday, April 18, and the jackpot now stands at €4.500.
PRESCHOOL/MONTESSORI
Enrolment has now started in Little Breeches Preschool and Montessori for September 2017. Little Breeches caters for children aged between 2.5 and 6 years and offers morning and afternoon sessions. CLEARIESTOWN CEMETERY
Cleariestown Cemetery Committee wish to ballot the community on proposed changes to the layout of the graveyard plan in the new section, going forward, as follows: Each grave would have its own headstone, one row would have the headstones at the top of the grave and the other would have it at the foot of the grave so the headstones would be back to back in the centre.
As it is now we have a path, headstone, grave, headstone, grave and path, the new way would be path, grave, headstone, headstone, grave and path therefore making our paths wider for wheelchairs, funerals etc. Ballot papers will be handed out at mass at a date to be confirmed in due course.

ST ANNE’S ‘WALKATHON’
St Anne’s GAA Club are holding their very own 24-hour ‘Walkathon’, including a Monster Auction and Entertainment Evening on the August Bank Holiday Weekend 2017. The club aim to hold its largest fundraiser in a number of years to complete the club Development Project of the Hurling Wall, Ball Alley and Driveway.
The St Anne’s GAA Walkathon Launch Night will be held in the Rathangan Bar on Friday, April 28, at 9 p.m. where all the details will be outlined. This invitation is extended out to all the community, young and old, male and female to attend the launch night in order to find out all that you need to know about the club development and the Walkathon.

Person Of the Month: Well done to Eddie Sinnott from Kilmuckridge, who was recently awarded ‘The Talbot Hotel and South East Radio Person Of the Month Award’ for January’17. Eddie has spent many years tirelessly fundraising towards the Rosslare Harbour RNLI and to date has raised over €400,000 for the RNLI.
Eddie was bestowed with the award in a surprise gathering in Hamill’s Pub in Kilmuckridge recently. Crew members and fundraising committee members from Rosslare Harbour were present on the night to acknowledge the efforts, contribution and commitment to a man who is not just a fundraiser, but a long life friend, to the Rosslare Harbour RNLI. Congratulations Eddie – we are all looking forward to the Gala Ball in the Talbot Hotel at the end of the year.
