COMMUNITY LOTTO

There was no winner of last week’s jackpot of €5,100. The winning numbers were 1, 3, 6 and 13.

Congratula­tions to the eight match-three winners who each received €25. The match-three winners were Linda Mullins, Caroline Ellard, Eileen Molloy, Leki Hyde, Michael Walsh, James Redmond, Peter Colfer and Isabelle and Luke Byrne.

The next lotto draw will be held on Tuesday, May 16, and the jackpot now stands at €5,300.

KICKSTART PRESCHOOL

Kickstart Preschool: an early learning academy for preschoole­rs aged two to five years, is delighted to announce it’s opening in Rathangan hall this coming September 2017. LITTLE BREECHES

Enrolment has now started in Little Breeches Preschool and Montessori for September 2017. Little Breeches caters for children aged between 2.5 and six years and offers morning and afternoon sessions. FASTNET ROVERS FC

The Fastnet Rovers AGM will be on Sunday, May 28, at 4 p.m. in Rathangan. Please come along.

FAI summer Soccer Camp will be held at Fastnet Rovers on w/c August 7. To book a place at the camp go to summersocc­erschools.ie.

Congratula­tions to our under-12 team who are top of the table after winning their last two games of the season to secure promotion. We now await the results of second v third (Monday) to determine if we have won the title outright or will have a title playoff game.

CÚL CAMPS 2017

This year’s Kellogg’s GAA Cúl Camp for both boys and girls covering Football, Hurling and camogie will take place in St Anne’s GAA Club Grounds from Monday, July 17, to Friday, July 21. Children will get to learn GAA games from qualified coaches in a safe and fun environmen­t. Children from six to 13 years.

Cost of Cúl Camp this year is as follows: First Child €60, second Child €50, third child and subsequent children €40 each. The get in early campaign is in place till June 1 for priority bookings. (This means you will receive your gear before the end of June).

WEXFORD HOSPICE

Following our launch of our Wexford Hospice Homecare, Duncormick Harvest Festival Committee would like to thank all those who have supported the Hospice fundraiser so far and urge people to support this very worthy cause. Seven Hospice nurses made over 500 home visits last year all over Wexford. Funding for this service is largely voluntary. A.

ll proceeds from the sale of the ‘Duncormick Harvest Festival Remembered’, cost €10, will go to the Wexford Hospice Homecare. DVD features the recording of the Trad Concert in St Peter’s Church, Duncormick which was a very unique musical event, featuring piper: Ned Wall, fiddle: Dermot Wall, whistler: David Dwyer, flute: Jess Martin, guitar: John Browne and mouth organ, John Murphy. Vocalist: Darina Gleeson.
