Pres girls’ efforts are recognised

- BY SARA GAHAN

MORE THAN 200 Presentation Wexford students received awards for a huge range of acheivements from academic excellence, sports, civic spirit and full attendance at the annual ceremony in the concert hall which was full to capacity.

It was a proud evening for students, parents and teachers where hard work was honoured and reflected the positive and caring ethos of the school which strives for excellence in a caring environment.

A variety of trophies, certificates and medals were presented to the winners from each year group with many students winning awards from academic to special recognition for their contribution to a voluntary aspect of school life like the Green schools committee.
