Members of County Wexford Youth Theatre’s youngest group aged from 12 to 14 years will perform their own take on a classic Brothers Grimm fairy tale, Three Golden Hairs in a double-bill with Showtime adapted from a Tim Etchell script at Wexford Arts Centre on Wednesday, May 24 at 8 pm. BROOKA BRASS BAND GIG The Sky and the Ground, Thursday, May 25
The eight-piece New Orleans-style Booka Brass Band will play a gig in the Sky and the Ground on Thursday, May 25 at 8 pm. Formed in 2012, the group have collaborated with artists like The Frames, Lisa Hannigan, James Vincent McMorrow, Paul Noonon, We Cut Corners and Jerry Fish and have played high-energy, self-penned tunes to appreciative festival crowds at Electric Picnic, Sea Sessions and Longitude.
