CELTIC ROOTS
A full Irish show in association with Celtic Roots called the ‘Full Irish’ is running in Bree Hall on Tuesday nights up to the end of August. The night’s entertainment begins at 8.30 p.m. with a scone and light refreshments followed by an hour and a half show of music, song, dance and storytelling. BREE PATRON
The Bree Patron is on this Sunday, August 20, commencing in Clonmore Cemetery at 1.30 p.m., following onto the New Cemetery with prayers at 2 p.m. and then prayers in the Old Cemetery and concluding with Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament in the church.
BREE BARNDANCE
Reserve Saturday, August 26, for the annual Barndance in Byrne’s of Bree Grainstore. Tickets for the Barndance are now available from Bree post office, Byrnes Shop and members of the Hall Committee.
YOUTH CLUB
Bree Youth Club’s registration night will take place on this Friday, August 18, in the Community Centre. Come along and see what the club has to offer. Young people wishing to join the club must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
