Driver banned and fined €3,200

TWO years off the road was prescribed for Attila Hegyi (45) of 19 Grange Meadows, Rosslare on conviction at Wexford Court for driving without motor insurance. Garda Niall Brophy detected the offender in Rosslare Harbour on September 26 last year when Ms Hegyi’s vehicle, a Renault Megane, was impounded.

She was not in court as Judge Gerard Haughton imposed €3,200 in fines along with the disqualification.
