Fined for not wearing seat belts

Seat belt offences considered by Judge Gerard Haughton led to fines being handed down at Wexford District Court:

John Connors (48) from Sunbright, Clonroche, fined €600, while Mary Connors (42) of the same address was fined €300;

Ann Connors (36) of 3 Milehouse Road in Enniscorthy, fined €300;

Alice Connors (72) of 48 Hewittsland in New Ross, fined €600;

David Doyle (26), Whitehills, Kilmore, fined €150;

Margaret Murphy (37), 3 Monastery Avenue, Taghmon, fined €300 and a similar fine was imposed on Andy Berry (41) of the same address. Both summonses arose from the investigations of Garda David Kelleher at North Quay in New Ross last November;

James Berry (21), 36 Hewittsland, New Ross, fined €300;

Dean O’Neill (26), 19 Long Meadows, New Ross, fined €300;

Daniel Foley, 71 Mount Carmel, New Ross, fined €300;

Paddy Berry (29), Millbanks, shanbough, New Ross, fined €300;

John Connors (49), 1 St Mullins Villas, Taghmon, fined €300.
