Put off road for three years

Retired caretaker David Reck (67) of Monmore, Crossabeg was convicted of a drink drive offence when he attended Wexford District Court.

Garda Dene O’Gorman intercepted the pensioner at Artramon on August 30, 2016 last year and a blood sample showed that he was over the legal limit for alcohol.

The father of four adult children, who draws a weekly pension of €280, was fined €400 and banned from driving for three years.
