Barntown parish lottery licence

The name Christy Goggin appeared on the list for the District Court sitting in Ardcavan.

He attended the court in his role as chairperson of Barntown parish finance committee to move an application for a lottery licence.

The application was granted by Judge Gerard Haughton after Sergeant Victor Isdell confirmed there was no garda objection being raised.
