No valid tax disc on car

A €300 fine was handed down on conviction for a motor tax offence to John Moran of 9 Wygram in Wexford.

The case was brought by Garda Josh Doran who could find no valid disc on the vehicle he inspected at St Enda’s Terrace on February 6.

The summons issued to Moran was dealt with at the District Court in Ardcavan.
