Fined €300

Liam Walsh of Fernwood, Craan, Bree ran into a fine of €300 when he broke the 50 km/h speed limit at Clonroche on March 13 earlier this year.

Traffic corps Garda Martin Kavanagh noted Walsh’s speed on the morning in question at 65 km/h.

No details of Walsh’s driving licence were available to Judge Gerard Haughton who added a 12 month driving ban to the financial penalty.
