Icing techniques to be showcased at ICA

The next meeting of the Clonard ICA guild will take place in Coolcotts community centre at 7.30 p.m. on Thursday, November 26.

The speaker will be Emily Darcy of Sublime Cakes and she will be demonstrating icing techniques. The competition on the night will be a handmade Christmas decoration in any medium. The federation competition is a battenberg cake and the winner will forward to the national competition on November 27.
