Plan to change Strandfield Manor House

STRANDFIELD Manor could be transformed into six apartments if Wexford County Council give the planning application the green light.

Raymund Kelly Architects submitted an application to the council on behalf of clients Trenco Developments Ltd for the conversion of Strandfield Manor House to six apartments with elevational alterations and with ancillary parking and all associated site works.

In the application the architects mention that a previous planning permission for office use was never implemented and the building is currently shell and core.

Submissions should be made within five weeks to Wexford County Council.
