PLAYERS NEEDED

Bridge Rivers AFC are looking for boys and girls aged 5 and six years to play soccer. They train every Friday evening from 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. They are also looking for players for the ladies’ team. They train every Thursday evening from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Recent winner of cards 45 at Furlongs of Curracloe was Marty Carry. Doubles and singles cards 45 continue on Sunday evenings at 6.30 p.m. Last week’s singles winner was Simon Donohoe and the doubles winners were Damien Doyle and Philip Whitmore.

HOPE COLLECTION

The family of the late Daniel (Danny) Potter wish to thank all who so generously donated to the recent collection held for Daniel’s 50th birthday remembrance meal. The total amount collected came to €1,292. All money collected will go to the Hope Centre, Enniscirthy.
