- By MARIA PEPPER

WEXFORD Chamber has launched a new brand image and a new logo as part of a national initiative by Chambers Ireland Network.

‘We are delighted to unveil our new logo and new tagline,’ said Chamber President Karl Fitzpatrick. ‘We are proud to represent our members and we are committed, more than ever to enhancing our local community and working together to create and advance business opportunities for all’, he said at the launch in Chamber offices Hill Street which was attended by a large group of local business representatives.

‘Being part of the largest business network in the country enhances our ability to speak out on behalf of our members and affect change in the policy areas our business community requires’, said the President.

As businesses in Ireland prepare for the outcomes of Brexit, he said Wexford Chamber will play a crucial role in enabling members to thrive in an ever evolving environment.

Ian Talbot of Chambers Ireland said the organisation founded in 1923, had substantial history, knowledge and a consistent background as the voice of the business community.

‘Today, Chambers are more relevant than ever. As the needs of businesses change, we are consolidating our ability to adapt and meet the needs of our members through engagement, active listening and calls to action.’

‘Our lobbying targets issues relevant to all businesses, large and small, foreign and domestic, tied together by location’.

‘Our new logo and tagline -Advancing Business Together- illustrates the ethos of Chambers throughout the country, and reflects the work being done on behalf of members in many different areas, according to the President.’
