SURVEY

Murrintown Community Centre is seeking to develop the plot of land behind the centre in a way that benefits the community as a whole. Survey forms are available at the community centre and post office. Local people are asked to complete these short surveys and leave them into the community centre as soon as possible.

SCHOOL ENROLMENTS

Murrintown National School are now accepting enrolments for September 2018. Please contact the school at 053 9139277 or murrintownsch.ias@eircom.net to obtain enrolment form.

TENNIS MEMBERSHIP

Membership for St Martin’s Tennis Club is now available for this year. Reasonable discounted rates for adult single/family/ junior and student members if joining before February 14 New players welcome. Enquiries to 087 9266055. January 24, at 7 p.m. at the viewing point (opposite Topaz garage) to walk under lights through the village and back to the viewing point, it will be about 40 minutes. We are also going to meet again on Saturday the 27th at 11 a.m. at the viewing point to walk around Kilrane Village (three miles).

A big thank you to Hotel Rosslare, who served complimentary tea or coffee for our first Walk and are doing a special price for tea and scones (€3) after our Saturday walks.
