Kilmore Variety group will be holding a committee meeting on Monday, March 12, at 8.30. in Kilmore Hall to discuss 2018/2019 upcoming production­s. It is very important that we get new members on the committee, so that these production­s can take place. Anyone interested will be very welcome on the night. SCOPE MEETING

Kilmore SCOPE and Bridgetown Informatio­n Centre will hold a meeting on Thursday 8th March at 7-30pm in the AOH hall to which all committee members or indeed anybody who may be interested in our projects to attend. It is an important meeting so a good attendance is requested.

ACTIVE RETIREMENT

Apart from Tenpin bowling on Monday there was no activity for Kilmore Active Retirement Associatio­n members last week. The Tuesday night indoor bowls was cancelled due to snow on the roads that evening and then our meeting fixed for Thursday 1st was also postponed due to a severe weather warning. The meeting will be re-fixed shortly, so keep an eye on our Facebook page while members will get a text.

COFFEE/CAKE SALE

Due to the ongoing poor weather conditions the planned coffee morning on Sunday, March 4, in aid Tomhaggard Defibrilla­tor Fund has been postponed. Another date will be arranged shortly.

WEXFORD DRAMA FESTIVAL

Due to weather conditions the opening performanc­es have been postponed. The committee are working with groups to reschedule dates, and extend the festival programme. Details will be on South East Radio and social media.
