€200 fine for not wearing belt

A €200 fine was recorded against 63-yearold Patrick Berry (63) of Mullinour, Wexford for failure to wear his safety belt.

Wexford District Court learned that Berry was aboard a Ford Transit at Carcur on the afternoon of July 10 last.

Judge John Cheatle took account of the fact that the accused man two previous convictions for similar offences.
