Man is bound to the peace

Matthew Sludds of no fixed abode pleaded guilty to a public order offence when he came to the District Court sitting in Wexford.

The judge was told that the accused was arrested after gardaí were called to the Ozanam House hostel in Wexford town.

They arrived shortly after midnight on July 22 to find Sludds in a highly intoxicated condition.

He was bound to the peace for six months.
