On mobile phone while driving

Laura Way (40) of Ballinamorragh, Curracloe was fined €100 for handling a mobile phone while driving.

The District Court learned that the offence occurred at Ferrybank on February 8 last year.

Judge John Cheatle was also told that Ms Way had no previous convictions.
