On road without qualified driver
James Grace (21), Ardanagh, Taghmon was allowed four months to pay a €100 fined imposed for being on the road without a qualified driver while he was the holder of a learner permit.
The case dealt with at the District Court in Wexford dated back to July 3 last.
Grace suggested to Judge John Cheatle that he had not received the postal fine, adding that he spent some of the time since the offence living in Taghmon village.
