YOGA FOR TODDLERS: Toddler Yoga with Liz Moffatt will take place on Tuesday, March 20, at 11 a.m., in Gorey Library. Yoga teacher Liz Moffatt of Dreaming Creative Space in Ballygarrett will facilitate a yoga session for toddlers. Collaborating with Martina to integrate a Yoga session into Story Time, the emphasis of the session is on a playful journey for the child.

Liz will use Yoga postures to support children’s natural energy, moving from very active to very quiet through the session. The session will end with quiet time when the children lie on the floor to relax. Liz qualified as a Yoga teacher in 1996 and has been teaching yoga to all age groups ever since.
