Pre-all-Ireland Performances of ‘The Night Alive’ by Conor McPherson will take place in the Dun Mhuire Theatre on Thursday and Saturday, April 12, and 14, at 8 p.m. Tickets, at €10 are at the door each night.

Come along and meet Tommy (Chris Maddock), a separated family man, who lives in his Uncle Maurice’s (Con Doyle) house and Doc (Seán Carthy) who stays in the flat from time to time. A few days later her boyfriend Kenneth (Colm Doyle) arrives on the scene and matters take a sinister turn.

This wonderful play has had audiences in fits of laughter and tears on its journey around the country during the drama circuit season. All human emotion is on display as even in the most unlikely of situations humanity can be found.
