On double yellow lines
A fine of €60 as imposed on David O’Connor (39) of Staplestown, Murrintown as the person responsible for a grey Toyota Avensis.
The vehicle was found parked on double yellow lines and obstructing traffic on New Ross’s Mary Street on the afternoon of January 4.
The District Court heard that O’Connor had hired the Avensis from a garage in Athlone.
