Oulart-The Ballagh GAA and camogie club would also like to thank Fred and Julie Sunderland most sincerely for giving the club the use of their land in Raheenduff for training over the past four weeks. It was greatly appreciate­d.

CONGRATULA­TIONS

Oulart-The Ballagh GAA Club offer huge congratula­tions to Jason Rossiter (son of Philip and Tina) on receiving his Co. Wexford Garda Youth Award on April 6. Jason has severe haemophili­a and he won his award for being such an avid sportsman playing hurling, soccer and handball.

BINGO

Bingo will commence on Friday, April 27, at 9 p.m. in Oulart Hill Bar. This will run every Friday night.

OULART SPLIT-THE-POT

Congratula­tions to Catherine O’Brien on winning €102 in splitthe-pot. The next draw is on Monday, April 30. Entry envelopes are available from local businesses. Thanks to everyone for their continued support of the local primary school.

CFR UNIT

A huge thank you to everyone who helped out and took part in the recent fundraisin­g for the CFR unit. The Cake Sale raised €442.95. The Card Drive door tickets raised €870 and the raffle raised €286.58. Prize money for the Card Drive was donated Ger Dempsey. A big thank you to Margaret Leacy and Christine Smith for running the card drive and to Oulart Hill Bar for hosting an enjoyable night.
