BERNADETTE Denby has worked as an Auctioneer, Valuer and Estate Agent in Wexford since 1998. Her years of experience has given her great insight into the highs and lows of the property market.
She is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers, Tegova Bluebook accredited valuer, and a Certified International Property Specialist. (MIPAV TRV CIPS MMCEPI)
She first dipped her toe into the property market back in 1998 when she joined Fahy O’Leary Auctioneers where she discovered a love for selling property. Bernadette spent five years working at Fahy O’Leary Auctioneers before she moved on to Re/Max South East which in turn became DNG Property People and this is where she has spent the last sixteen years. Now she has decided to fly solo doing what she loves and is excited at the prospects and challenges that will lie ahead.
Bernadette’s wants to take a new approach, she has talked to buyers and sellers listened to their needs and decided it was time to change. Accessibility is priority. Working 9 to 5 with a five-day week is a thing of the past. Buyers do their research online they communicate electronically, and they want an efficient service tailored to their needs. Bernadette wants to focus on this market and work with buyers and sellers to find them what they need, assist them in the searches, save them time, so they can prioritise on one of the most important financial decisions of their life.
Buying or selling a home can be stressful, having someone you can rely on who has the best advice and will point you in the right direction is a huge comfort when stepping into the unknown.
Bernadette recently completed a Certified International Property Specialist course which was organised by the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers. This was the very first course of it’s kind in Ireland and only ten of the participants were from Ireland. Bernadette was delighted to be accepted onto this course and it has given her an insight into how business and property transactions are handled in different countries around the world.
Now the world is really her oyster and with a network of like-minded international contacts to rely upon to advertise and promote her properties. Bernadette wants to build on this and who knows what opportunities will arise.
