Ard Aoibhinn lands two prime town sites
TWO prime sites in Wexford town have been transferred to Ard Aoibhinn Services Ltd, which provides day care services for people with intellectual disabilities in the county.
Director of services for economic development, Tony Larkin, told a meeting of Wexford County Council that an agreement has been reached with Ard Aoibhinn over land at Hill Street and Wellington Place, formerly the site of Wexford Library at Sam McCauley’s car park. Mr Larkin said legal arrangements are being put in place regarding the site.
Mr Larkin said a good rent will be provided to the council from the lease of the land.
