Speed fine

RACQUEL Kirwan from Coolkeeran, Killinick drove into a speeding conviction when she hit 109 km/h on the N25.

The offence was committed at Laurstown on September 21 and she then neglected to pay the postal fine which followed.

In the District Court, her breach of the 100 km/h limit drew a conviction and fine of €150 from Judge Gerard Haughton.
