Certification: Higher Education Links Scheme

All the courses outlined above are certified by QQI - Quality in Qualifications Ireland -at levels 5 and 6.

Students take examinations on completion of their courses and may then avail of link ups to third level colleges and/or universities. Over 2000 places are reserved in third level colleges for students with QQI qualifications.

Recent graduates of our courses have progressed to further studies in Waterford Institute of Technology, Carlow Institute of Technology, St. Patrick’s College, Carlow etc.

Community Care presents great challenges at present. Training in good quality Health Care support is offered and all of our graduates have secured employment in local Nursing and Care centres. Palliative care is available as an option to our learners in order to enhance their caring / support skills. We offer a full range of modules suitable for a career in Community Care.

Job Placement: Work In Europe

There is an excellent job placement record for graduates of our courses.

Work experience forms an integral part of our courses and employment prospects of students are greatly enhanced by participating in and completing one of our Post Leaving Certificate courses. Students may also avail of job placements abroad on European funded work exchange programmes. We currently host Spanish students through our work placement module.
