TRUDIE and Michael are celebrating 18 years in business, our passion for food and entertaining family and friends had given way to another mission: to delight others and brighten their special events with a range of wholesome, healthy, great tasting readyto eat salads and sandwiches. Since then, our business has flourished and expanded as our wonderful customers made our food a part of their special events, businesses, and daily lives and dietary needs. We provide classic salads, wraps, sandwiches, and specialty ciabattas, all of which are handmade with careful attention to quality and flavour. Our food is neatly and conveniently packaged to facilitate all of our catered events and to stock our retail vendors with delicious on-the-go meal options. The freshness of our products is guaranteed with an individual “birth certificate” on every salad, wrap, and sandwich.

We believe that Wexford holds the future for outstanding cuisine in Ireland, which is why we source 80% of our ingredients from our beautiful County. Michael and I with our son Richard and team are delighted to promise customers local food made by passionate and conscientious professionals, and we are proud to be so involved in Wexford becoming the food capital of Ireland.
