COFFEE MORNING

A coffee morning in aid of Wexford Hospice Homecare will be held on Saturday, May 26, in Oylegate Community centre from 10.30 a.m. to 1 p.m. All are welcome to come along and support this very worthy cause.

PARISH PATRONS

Glenbrien Patron will take place on Sunday, June 24, at 2 p.m. Oylegate Patron will take place on Saturday, June 30, at 6 p.m.

PENNY BANK

Oylegate-Glenbrien GAA Penny Bank is happy to welcome new members at any time during the year, so if you wish to put a small amount away for Christmas it’s still not too late, contact any member of the committee for details.

HURLING 365

Hurling 365 continues in Oylegate and Glenrbrien National Schools every week and more help with this project would be greatly appreciate­d. If people have time to help out will they please contact Graham Rowley or Eamon Mernagh.

CAMOGIE

Congratula­tions to the under-14 girls who qualified to represent Wexford at Féile in Galway on June 8/9/10th. Please support our fundraiser­s over the coming weeks;

Bingo on Thursday nights at 9 p.m. in Mernaghs.

A cabaret in aid of Oylegate feile camogie team will be held on Saturday, May 26, in Mernagh’s lounge Oylegate. Music will be by the McCracken family, admission is €5 and all are welcome to come along and support the girls.

A breakfast morning will be held in Oylegate Community Centre on Saturday, June 2, all welcome.

ENROLMENT

Oylegate National School are now Enrolling for September 2018. Call to the school for a form between nine and three Monday to Friday.

LOCAL LINK

Local Link Wexford provides secure, reliable and affordable transport for the rural communitie­s of County Wexford. Services are open to everyone and all ages. Where possible they will collect passengers from their homes. An informatio­n booklet together with timetable is available at the back of the church.
