TAKING her sick children to the doctor’s proved expensive for Grace Diston with an address at 5 Carrigmannon Woods, Glynn when her case was reviewed by Judge John Cheatle.
The two youngsters had chicken pox on March 1, 2017, solicitor Colette Culleton told the District Court as she entered a plea of guilty to a motor insurance summons.
Ms Diston took her then boyfriend’s car on the road, though the tax had expired the previous February and the NCT the previous May.
A fine of €250 was handed down.
