Woman’s stolen property charge

A BLACKWATER woman had her case adjourned until November when she appeared before last Wednesday’s sitting of Enniscorthy District Court.

Margaret Byrne (62), Inch, Blackwater, was charged with the possession of stolen property at Inch, Blackwater on July 17, 2016.

Acting for Byrne barrister Jordan Fletcher said a hearing date would be needed and Judge John Cheatle adjourned the case until November 21 for hearing.
