Motor tax conviction

BARRY MOORE (33) of 50 Ferndale, Coolcotts, Wexford incurred a motor tax conviction at the District Court.

The offence was detected at the Faythe on October 10 last when Garda Carl Breheny noted that the tax disc appeared to have expired the previous year.

Moore assured Judge John Cheatle that he was not now driving before a fine of €80 was set.
