Public order offence

A MAN found by gardaí being restrained by night club bouncers in Charlotte Street was fined €100 for public drunkenness by Judge John Cheatle.

Accused 41 year old John Kavanagh of Ballinablake, Curracloe was arrested around 1.50 a.m. in the early hours of September 9 last.

The public order conviction was imposed at a sitting of Wexford District Court.
