Did not pay for forklift hire

-

FORKLIFT Centre Ltd. of Walkinstown in Dublin had two witnesses at the District Court in Wexford seeking payment of €4,133 claimed from Irish Household Brands Limited, Ballytramon Business Park, Castlebridge.

Applicant company financial controller Sean Houlihan gave evidence that the respondent firm, which was not represented, hired two forklifts in April of 2016. They were removed from Castlebridge the following September after only two small payments were forthcoming.

With no contesting evidence to consider, Judge Gerard Haughton made out a decree in favour of Forklift Centre Ltd. for the full amount sought, plus legal costs and €200 expenses.
