Ordered to make contribution

ALDO Nel (53) from 12 George’s Street in Wexford agreed to make a €100 contribution to the Cornmarket Project after he was caught peeing in a Wexford street.

Garda Aidan Miley gave evidence at Wexford District Court of spotting Nel urinating on the footpath at Commercial Quay on September 9 last.

Nel pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and thanked the judge after he was offered the opportunity to avoid a conviction once a receipt confirming the donation to Cornmarket is promptly produced.
