OPEN AIR THEATRE

Wells House and Gardens are hosting an Open Air Theatre production of Little Women at 7.30 p.m. Based on the classic novel by Louisa May Alcott, join Chapterhou­se Theatre as four sisters – Jo, Beth, Meg and Amy tell the story of their life during the Civil War in America with the beautiful Wells House as your backdrop. UPTOWN GIRL

Rathnure Panto Society is back with its huge summer musical Uptown Girl at Rathnure Hall at 7.45 p.m. See June 15 for details.

PIKEMAN ROSSLARE TRIATHLON

This year’s Pikeman Triathlon takes place in Rosslare Strand from 1 p.m. The event includes a 1.5km swim, 40km bike ride and 10km run.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS DOG WALK

A fun dog walk will be held in aid of Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind at Wexford racecourse from 11 a.m. All proceeds will go to the charity who use the money to fund their breeding diversific­ation programme. A selection of dog groomers, pet suppliers and more will be there on the day. All dogs must be on leads and registrati­on is €10.

PINK ROCK FUN RUN

Two St Joseph’s AC are celebratin­g their 50th year with an extra special annual Pink Rock 10k Road Race and Walk. Taking in the beautiful scenery of the Pink Rock, and providing a birds’ eye view of the constructi­on of the New Ross Bypass Bridge, the run route will literally take you under the bridge. This is the best value for money race in the area with refreshmen­ts and free barbecue afterwards for all participan­ts, lots of spot prizes given. On the day registrati­on will open at 9.30 a.m. Online registrati­on is at popupraces.ie is €20, which includes a technical T-shirt (first 200 only), on the day registrati­on is €25 in Rosbercon parish hall. You can bring buggie or your dog. Walkers start at 11.15 a.m.
