TESTING a car he intended buying cost Aaron Murphy (22) of 32 Windmill Hill, Wexford a District Court appearance but no conviction. The matter was brought to court by Garda Eamonn Cahill who recalled coming across Murphy at Ferrybank on the night of November 9 last.

The vehicle in question was seized on the spot and the court was told that the accused drove only a short distance.
