DEVELOPMENT DRAW

And they’re off. It was all systems go down in ‘The Hub’ this week as our countywide Development Draw got under way. A convoy of cars went out the gate each evening, full of eager sellers, each on missions to reach their ticket targets. Meanwhile ‘The Hub’ remains ticking away nicely under the watchful eye of tea staff, mapping experts and the ticket-prepping team. Our thanks to all who helped out in any way – lets keep the momentum going.

PITCH REDRAINING

The autumn weather has been very kind towards our top pitch development and in no time at all we are back to a green surface. It looks fantastic but needs plenty of care at the minute to allow the soil and new grass to settle in.

LADIES FOOTBALL

Hard luck to the under-14 green team who lost the shield final on Monday night to St Martin’s in St Patrick’s Park in Enniscorthy. A good nurtured and sporting match was on display. That’s a wrap for the competitive season for the under-14s-well done all.
