Lunchtime treats in St. Iberius Church

-

THE popular Lunchtime Recitals offer opera buffs a chance to see some of the Festival’s principal singers perform individually in the intimate setting of historic St. Iberius Church on Wexford’s North Main Street.

In the beautiful and acoustically magnificent 18th century church, audiences can appreciate the musical versatility of solo singers performing a wide variety of music including operatic arias, lieder, oratorio, concert and popular songs.

One of the features of the recitals is that the programme is only announced a short time before the Festival begins, providing a degree of surprise and anticipation and the events always sell out quickly.
