Clonard Parish Memorial Tree: The tree of remembranc­e is now in place in the Sanctuary. The tree will remain in the Sanctuary for the month of November and we ask you to leave the memory cards on the tree for the month.

Service of Remembranc­e: Wexford General Hospital is holding their service of remembranc­e at Clonard Church, Wexford on Friday, November 16, at 7.30 p.m. – this is an annual event. The service of remembranc­e is particular­ly intended for families and friends of those who died at Wexford General Hospital over the past year. However, the service is also open to anyone who wishes to attend.

CHRISTMAS FAIR

The Clonard Christmas Fair is on December 8 and 9 from 2.30 p.m. to 5 p.m. Stalls available. Book and pay by November 2 to avail of a €5 discount. One day – €30, Early bird €25. Two days – €45, Early bird €40. To book or for more informatio­n contact Karen at 053 9123672.

We are looking for unwanted gifts for the Wheel Of Fortune, books for the book stall and bricà-brac in good condition for the Christmas fair, no broken items please. If you have items you would like to donate please drop them off in the community centre from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

CLONARD GAA

There is a clothes collection fundraiser on Friday, November 9, in Clonard Community Centre car park between 12 and 4 p.m. All items clothing, handbags, shoes, duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases, curtains, blankets, cushion covers, throws. Congratula­tions to Shane Canning on winning the split-the-pot draw, Seller was our Vice-president Aidan Gilbert. Envelopes for our next draw are on sale now. Thanks to all for supporting us weekly.
