COMMUNITY LOTTO

There was no winner of last week’s jackpot of €16,000. The winning numbers were 6, 7, 22 and 24. There were four matchthree winners who received €50 each. The winners were Paul Maher, Johnny McManus, Theresa Wright, Noeleen Byrne. The next lotto draw will be held on Tuesday, November 20, and the jackpot now stands at €16,200.

CHRISTMAS GIFT

The St Anne’s GAA Club’s history ‘OCTOBER 2000’ is still on sale and would make a lovely Christmas gift for people in the parish and beyond. It would be a lovely idea to send one to relatives and friends abroad for Christmas.

Its author, Jim Berry, will be signing copies of the book in the clubhouse in Rathangan on Thursday nights November 22 and 29 from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is also available at Geelan’s, Waddingtow­n, Odlum’s, Baldwinsto­wn, Sinnott’s, Duncormick, Brady’s, Kilmore Quay Wallace’s, Wellington­bridge, McDonnell’s, Bridgetown and all bookshops in Wexford town, New Ross, Enniscorth­y and Gorey. All profit from the book will go to St Anne’s GAA Club.

CHRISTMAS TREE LIGHTS

The Christmas Tree Lights will be switched on in Duncormick on Saturday, December 1, at 8 p.m. There will be Carols, music and light refreshmen­ts and Santa will drop by.
