Sky Blues and Campile United leading the way

Youth Premier Division

North End United and Campile United remain deadlocked at the top of the Youth Premier Division after both eked out narrow wins on Saturday.

The Sky Blues edged out Cloughbawn 3-2, with Josh Shiel, Aaron Roche and Ryan Curran scoring for the winners and Darragh Furlong replying with a double for the hosts.

Campile overcame Gorey Rangers 2-1 thanks to Matt Foley double, with Eoin Murphy scoring for Rangers.

Rosslare Rangers turned on the style as they overcame St. Joseph’s 5-0 with goals from Liam Crowley, David O’Rourke, Dan Power, Cian Buttle and Cathal Murphy.

Youth Division 1

Forth Celtic leapfrogge­d Enniscorth­y United to the top of the MMI Group Youth Division 1 table after overcoming their rivals 2-0 on Saturday.

United had won five games from five coming into the contest but their winning run was ended, with Cathal Dowd and Luke Kavanagh hitting the back of the net for the Murrintown side.

Curracloe United moved into third spot after edging out Bridge Rovers 4-3 in an entertaini­ng local derby.

Paul Hearne, Ryan Kielthy and Ryan Corrigan (two) got the goals for the seasiders, with Corey Lawlor, Shane Jackman and Ola Sofola replying.

Glynn Barntown won 5-3 away to Wexford Celtic, with Michael Mackey and Tim Gilhooly both bagging doubles for the winners and Adam Cuddihy completing their tally, while Patrick Cummins and Luke Cullen Ryan (two) netted for Celtic.

Youth Division 2

Shelburne United and Ballymurn Celtic continue to share top spot in Youth Division 2 after both notched up wins on Saturday. Mickey Fleming and Jamie O’Rourke got the goals for Shelburne as they won 2-0 away to Gorey Celtic, while Ballymurn also won on the road as they overcame St. Cormac’s 4-1.

Dylan Brady fired the hosts in front but Ballymurn took control of the game in the second-half, scoring through an own goal, Cathal Roche, Ashley Kabuba and Daniel Bent.

Byron Jordan (two), Cody Fortune, Seán Murphy and Max Meegan all hit the back of the net for Ferns United as they saw off Camolin Celtic 5-4 in a thrilling local derby.

Brian Murphy (two), Alex McSwiney and Max Farrell scored for Camolin.

Youth Division 3

Table-toppers Duncannon got another three points on the board on Saturday when overcoming Rosslare Strand 6-2.

Brian Cooke netted a hat-trick for the winners, while Josh White Keating (two) and Peadar O’Connor also scored.

Fastnet Rovers remain just a point off top spot after edging out Adamstown 2-1.

Rory O’Brien and Finn Bennett (penalty) scored for Rovers, while Mattie O’Neill replied with a penalty for Adamstown.

Corach Ramblers won 2-0 away to Wexford Celtic, with Lorcan Breen and Cathal Cummins getting their goals.
