LA CUISINE - A TRADITIONAL FAMILY OWNED BUSINES - Also Specialising in Outdoor Catering. La cuisine opened it’s doors 1985, bringing a coffee shop to the well know “Walkers Mall” of Wexford. Philip & Brigid Doyle combined their talents to create La Cuisine. Philip’s passion for woodwork & Brigid’s love for food. The many skills Brigid learnt at the Ballymaloe cookery school bringing her flair for baking to life.

Her recipes have been handed down to her son, Frank Doyle who took over in 2005. Frank having trained in Kelly’s Hotel bringing his savoury skills to the plate, his lasagne has been quoted the “best in Ireland”.

We take pride in Our Traditional baking, cooking and recipes are the heart of our quaint Deli and Coffee which is nestled in the centre of historic Wexford town. You can enjoy our fares in our warm, welcoming coffee shop or take home from our delicious deli.

We continued Walker’s Mall traditional love for coffee bringing locally roasted beans from Barrista Bay, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford,a beautiful well balance soulful roast. The smell of freshly ground coffee will encircle you with a comforting hug.

Today we create home cooked food, from traditional recipes supporting our LOCAL suppliers, producers and local employment.

Every morning, the smell of baking will rise to greet you, freshly baked scones, breads, cakes and buns. Homemade soups, daily specials, all day breakfasts, made to order omelettes, pancakes like your granny made on pancake Tuesday!!
