COMMUNITY LOTTO

There was No jackpot winner this week of winning €3,200. There were three match-three winner’s. The winning numbers were 8, 18, 21 and 31. The matchthree winner’s were Amy Newport, Mustard and Debbie Kelly. The next lotto draw will be held on Tuesday, February 18, and the jackpot now stands at €3,400.

SPLIT-THE-POT

Last week’s split-the-pot winner was Leanne Moore winning €85. Next draw will take place on Thursday, February 20, in the Rathangan Bar. Thank you for your support.

PARENT/TODDLER GROUP

Our Parent and Toddler Group will commence on February 12 at 10 a.m. till 11.30 a.m. upstairs in Rathangan Hall €3 per family all welcome.

ST ANNE’S ATHLETIC CLUB

The club is celebratin­g 40 years in existence. The 40th celebratio­n night has now being changed to April. We will confirm a date closer to that time.

STRICTLY COME DANCING

Saturday, March 14, will be St Anne’s GAA Club’s Strictly Come Dancing semi-final Night this will take place in the Gymnasium in Bridgetown Vocational College where our 10 Couples will go head to head/toe to toe to qualify for the final, only five Couples go into the final. (Kilmore GAA Club’s semi-final Night is Friday, March 13) and final will be held on April 4.

Niamh and Liam’s Strictly Come Dancing Fundraiser: ‘Last Man Standing’ of the Allianz Hurling League Division 1 2020 Campaign. You could be in with a chance to win €200. If you’re not in you can’t win...To enter ‘Last Man Standing’ contact Niamh at 086 1623476 or Liam at 087 7558953.

Mary and Kevin will host their Strictly Come Dancing Fundraisin­g Night on Friday, February 28, with a fun table quiz in Rathangan Bar. More details to follow.

Charlie White and Ciara Doyle’s Strictly Fundraiser will take place on Sunday, March 22, at 5 p.m. upstairs in the clubhouse. More details to follow.

GAA CLUB WEEKLY BINGO

There was no Snowball Winner last week in the St Anne’s GAA Club Weekly Bingo so the €1,000 snowball still stands. There’s an extra number each week so this week it’s up to 43 numbers. Weekly St Anne’s Bingo continues on Wednesdays at 9 p.m. in Rathangan Bar.

KICKSTART PRESCHOOL

Kickstart Eduction and childcare is enrolling for 2020. Kilrane (9 a.m. to 12 or 1.20 p.m.); Rathangan (9.15 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.). Free ECCE preschool places as well as subsidised NCS places for children aged two to five years. Contact us to pre-book your place 086 3365018.

CHARITY AUCTION

There will be a charity auction in Cleariesto­wn Community Centre on Sunday, February 23, starting at 2 p.m. On sale will be bric-à-brac, antiques and other items of interest including a reclining chair with footstool (as new), a mahogany chest of drawers, ercol style chairs, two sets of six high quality dining chairs, a circular kitchen table, a hall table, an electric chain saw, bedside lockers with lamps, antique kettle, bread pan and skillet pot, all star signed hurl by Dee and Darragh and many more interestin­g items.

All proceeds are in aid of St Anne’s GAA Club and the Strictly Come Team of Jenny and Jason. Anyone, who wants to contribute should contact Jim Berry at 087 7619812 or club chairman Charlie White at 087 6551080.
