SCOR SUCCESS

Well done to Seán and Eilís Moran, Ava and Lucy McCormack and Sophie Kinsella, who entered the GAA Primary school Scór competition run by the Rackard League, and represented Curracloe national school. It was held in Bunscoil Loreto. They took part in the Instrumental section and played a combination of keyboard, concertina, button accordion and tin whistle. They performed My Darling Asleep and Maggie in the Woods. The school is very proud of all who competed.

SPLIT THE POT WINNER

Congratulations to recent split-the-pot winner at Curracloe national school, Noeleen Cullen, who won €85. The next draw will take place on Wednesday, March 11, Envelopes are on sale in all the local Curracloe businesses as well as the school for €2 for one draw, six draws for €10 or 12 draws for €20.

Results of lotto draw for Monday, March 2, The numbers draw were 9, 13, 14 and 15. There was no jackpot winner and two match-three winners, who each received €200, Teresa Scallan and Alice Doyle. There is a rollover jackpot of €7,200.
