The centre remains closed for now, with staff continuing to work offsite. You can contact us via our Facebook page (Rosslare Strand) or at 053 9132202 where we will be happy to assist the community in any way we can.

In the coming weeks, we will be making every effort to gradually restore services to the community in line with the Government’s roadmap. We will share any developments with you on our Facebook page and look forward to seeing you all again in the not too distant future. In the meantime, stay safe and look after yourselves and one another.

AA CLUB NEWS

We are sorry to advise the club grounds are closed till further notice as per Government policy. There is no lotto at present due to Covid 19. We ask all our members to please support our country in trying to defeat this virus by following all government requests. Together we will succeed. Please keep safe.

We have a network of volunteer members in our GAA and camogie club, who are ready and willing to provide assistance during the Covid 19 Virus This is in conjunction with the Wexford County Council Wexford Response Community support contact number 053 9196000.

HISTORY OF THE CLUB – A book recording the history of St Mary’s Club Rosslare, is being currently compiled. We are grateful to those of you who have contacted us to-date with your contributions. So far we have over 30 contributors, but wed still very much like to hear from anyone who may have information, stories or pictures relevant to the life of the club from 1886 to modern times. Feel free to contact either Gerry Byrne at 087 9709887 or Larry Byrne at 086 2537539 any time. We should particularly like to hear from anyone who has information on the period from 1940 to 1960. Your contribution will be acknowledged.
